Refund policy

1. Rental Period

Rental periods begin on the confirmed booking date and end on the agreed return date.

Items must be returned on time. Late returns may result in additional daily fees.

2. No Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.

Because inventory is reserved specifically for your selected dates, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed if:

  • Requested at least [24 hours] before the booking date 

  • The item is available on the new requested date

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

4. Condition of Items

All items must be returned in the same condition received.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Damage

  • Excessive staining

  • Loss or theft

Repair or replacement fees will be charged if necessary.

5. Delivery & Pickup Fees

Delivery and airport pickup fees are non-refundable once service is scheduled.
