2. Use of Rental Equipment

Baby Roller provides baby stroller rentals for temporary use.

By renting from Baby Roller, the customer agrees:

  • To use all equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.

  • To properly supervise children at all times.

  • To inspect the equipment upon delivery or pickup.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the equipment during the rental period.

3. Assumption of Risk

Use of baby equipment involves inherent risks. By accepting delivery or pickup of rental equipment, the customer acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use.

Baby Roller shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Condition of Equipment

All equipment is cleaned and inspected prior to each rental.

By accepting the rental item, the customer confirms that the equipment is received in satisfactory condition.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The customer is responsible for:

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Theft or loss of equipment

Replacement or repair costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Roller’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental.

Baby Roller shall not be responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Travel disruptions

  • Event cancellations

7. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of:
