How do I book a stroller?
Book directly on babyroller.es in a couple of minutes: choose your stroller, pick your dates, and pay online. You'll get an instant confirmation by email — no calls, no waiting.
I need a stroller today. Can you help?
Yes. Same-day rental is what we do best. If you've just arrived in Valencia, lost or damaged your own stroller, or realised mid-trip that you need one, book online and we'll get one to you fast. If your dates are within a few hours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the quickest option.
What's the minimum rental period?
One day. There's no maximum — rent for as long as your trip lasts, and the longer you stay, the more you save (see pricing below).
Do I need to book in advance?
Better to book always in advance to ensure availability but We're built for spontaneous and last-minute needs as much as planned trips. Booking ahead simply guarantees your preferred model and delivery slot.
Which strollers do you rent?
We rent two premium Bugaboo models only — we don't do generic equipment:
- Bugaboo Butterfly 2 and YOYO : an ultra-compact travel stroller suitable from 6 months up to ~4 years (max 22 kg). Folds small enough for cabin luggage — ideal for older babies and toddlers on the move.
We also have double strollers and all terrain stroller ( Running strollers) and a Bugaboo Dragonfly.
Can I rent more than one stroller?
Yes — travelling with twins or two little ones is no problem. Add the quantity you need at checkout, or message us for larger family groups.
Do the strollers come with a rain cover?
Yes, a rain cover is included as standard with every rental — Valencia weather sorted.
How much does it cost?
€20 per day, with automatic discounts the longer you rent.
Delivery & pickup
Where do you deliver? Across Valencia — to your hotel, Airbnb or apartment, the airport, and the main train stations. Just enter your address at checkout.
Is delivery free? Pickup is free at our two station points: Estació del Nord and Joaquín Sorolla. Delivery to hotels, Airbnbs and the airport is arranged at checkout — message us if you'd like to confirm your specific location before booking.
Can I collect the stroller myself? Yes. Free self-pickup is available at Estació del Nord and Joaquín Sorolla stations — perfect if you're arriving by train and want a stroller waiting for you.
How does return work? We collect from the same address, or you drop it back at the agreed point on your final day. We'll confirm the exact return arrangement in your booking.

How do I pay? Securely online by card at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments.
Is a deposit required?
There is a 90€ deposit for single strollers that its returned at the end of your booking and between 2-5 days.
