1. Local Delivery Only

All rentals are delivered and collected in person within:

Valencia.

The €8 delivery and collection fee is only applicable within Valencia city and covers a maximum radius of 4.5 km from our storage facility, where our strollers are located.

For any delivery or collection address outside this 4.5 km radius, additional charges may apply depending on the distance and availability. In such cases, customers must contact us before placing their booking so that we can confirm the applicable delivery and/or collection fee.

Alternatively, where available, customers may select airport delivery or collection as an option.

Please note: Selecting the standard €8 delivery fee during the booking process does not guarantee that this fee applies to addresses outside the 4.5 km service area. Any delivery or collection outside the specified area must be confirmed by us in advance.


 

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Airport delivery

  • Special time requests

Delivery fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

3. Delivery Timing

Customers will receive a delivery window prior to arrival.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Be present at the agreed time

  • Provide accurate address details

  • Be reachable by phone

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, additional delivery fees may apply.

4. Airport Pickup & Drop-Off

Airport delivery or pickup is available upon request.

The customer must provide:

  • Flight details

  • Terminal information

  • Arrival time

Baby Roller is not responsible for airline delays, missed flights, or schedule changes.

Additional waiting time fees may apply.

5. Return & Pickup

All rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed date and time.

Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.

6. Incorrect Address or Changes

Customers must notify Baby Roller immediately of any address or schedule changes.

Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
